Fuel for Vehicles |
| The Minimum age for Car Hire is 21. For Drivers under the age of 25, they MUST have held a FULL driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. A special insurance will be arranged for drivers under the age of 25, or over the age of 72, at an extra surcharge of €5.50 per day. |

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. All Customers are required to pay for the fuel, and can bring the vehicle back with an empty tank. THIS IS MANDATORY, and therefore pre-paid and non-refundable. |

| For All Groups, an ADDITIONAL DRIVER is charged at €5.75 for each additional driver, per day. |

Breakdown Recovery Service details are available at the time of ‘check-out’ of the hire vehicle. |

All major credit cards are accepted. Payments are taken online at the time of booking. All prices quoted are in EURO € Currency. |
| Cross Border Rentals |

Surcharges |
| All Cars are forbidden from leaving Cyprus. All our Cars are fully insured, however if a Customer wishes to cross into the Turkish occupied are, then they MUST inform their rental office immediately, so that they can arrange for the purchase of additional insurance, (minimum cost of €35), valid for 3 days. Alternatively, this can be arranged yourself at the border Check Point. |

There is no Surcharge for any rental from Larnaca or Paphos Airports. Surcharges apply for each additional driver at the rate of €5.75 per driver, per day. A surcharge of €5.50 per day, applies to any driver under the age of 25, or over the age of 72. Late or 'No Show' Cancellation fees are applicable to Promotional/Early Booker Reservations from North America. |
| Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) |

Theft Protection (TP) |
| If the rental car is damaged, in the case of an accident, this will cover the cost of the repairs. In the event of damage you will however have to pay a fixed amount towards this called excess. CDW is INCLUDED in the rental cost. |

This provides extra protection if the vehicle is vandalized or stolen during the rental period. TP is INCLUDED in the rental cost. |
| Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) |

Extra Damage Waiver (EDW) |
| This provides the driver of the vehicle (authorized by the terms of the rental agreement) with a specified amount in case of accidental death or medical expenses PAI is INCLUDED in the rental cost. |

Tyres, windscreen and the oil sump are not covered by CDW. Liability to the above can be waived if the EDW insurance is bought |

Fees apply if you are planning to return your hire car to a different rental location from the original collection point - One Way Fee = €40
Taking the hire car outside of the country is NOT permitted. |

Payments Secured by iPayDNA. At cases flights are being cancelled and/or either our clients lost their flights for any personal reasons we are more than happy to refund back to all our clients full moneys pre-paid in advance relevant to their Car Hire cost booked online. Alternatively, for all those clients of ours, who rather wish changing their online pre-booked dates relevant to their Car Hire, it is urgently required a minimum of 48 hours pre-notice to contact us via e-mail confirming the reason for the cancellation. We can then issue our clients with a ‘Credit Booking Form’ that can be completed and used for their next journey and/or either alternatively send an ‘E-mail Notice’ to confirm approval of new dates relevant to their Car Hire. . |
