How Will I Recognize Your Chauffeur?
Your Chauffeur will meet you at the main exit for the Arrivals in your designated airport and/or at your Hotel. He will be holding a board with your name, so that you will be able to easily recognize him. What If I Wish The Chauffeur Drive The Car Across To Turkish Occupied Northern Part of Cyprus?
For All those clients who wish be driven to Northern Cyprus – cross into the Turkish occupied area - (surcharge applies) at cost of Only €40 per trip mainly to arrange extra insurance required at the border check point.
How Do I Make A Booking?
You can book your Chauffeur Driven Service through our 'Quick Price Guide' & 'Booking Form' on our Home Page. Just complete your details, then follow step 1 'Check Price'. If you are happy with the quote, and we think you will be, then click step 2 'Book Now'. This will open up the rest of the booking form, just fill in the rest of the details and select step 3 by clicking on our 'Secure Online Payments' button. If you have filled in the details correctly, you will be taken to our details confirmation page, if not then you will receive a message saying "Please Complete All Necessary Fields". If you are happy with these details, click on "Proceed To Payment", where you will be asked for your payment details from our Secure Online Payment Provider, IPAYDNA, you will also receive 'Initial' confirmation of your booking sent via email. Further, once you have completed your payment, a second email will be sent which will confirm your 'Successful Booking and Payment'. Please print both these emails, and have them with you upon arrival.
Luggage Allowance?
The Maximum luggage allowance per car is 2 large cases and 2 small cases or hand luggage.
Amendments To Your Booking?
Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot change the original details, so please be absolutely sure of your details when booking. If at a later date you need to change your details, please email Just-Airports Executive Travel as soon as possible with details of your initial booking and changes that need to be made. An extra charge may be incurred for changes to your itinerary.
What Do I Do If My Flight Has Been Delayed?
If for any reason your flight is delayed, do not worry as we monitor flight arrivals and are aware of any delays, this will not effect your booking
I Need To Cancel My Chauffeur Driven Service. Can I Get My Money Back?
Just-Airports Executive Travel regrets that we cannot refund Chauffeur Driven Services once payment has been made. If you need to cancel the booking, please email Just-Airports Executive Travel, confirming the reason for the late cancellation. We can then issue you with a 'Credit Booking Form' that can be completed and used for your next journey. At cases flights are being cancelled and/or either our clients lost their flights for any personal reasons we are more than happy to refund back to all our clients full moneys pre-paid in advance relevant to their Chauffeur Driver Services cost booked online. Alternatively, for all those clients of ours, who rather wish changing their online pre-booked dates relevant to their Chauffeur Driven Services, it is urgently required a minimum of 48 hours pre-notice to contact us via e-mail confirming the reason for the cancellation. We can then issue our clients with a ‘Credit Booking Form’ that can be completed and used for their next journey and/or either alternatively send an ‘E-mail Notice’ to confirm approval of new dates relevant to their Chauffeur Driven Services required.
How Soon can I Book My Transfer?
The sooner you can book it, the better! Although we generally require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Can I Pay By Cash With The Driver?
Just-Airports Executive Travel employ a secure online booking facility, through IPAYDNA, to safe guard both parties. As we may use our Sole Affiliate Partners for your Chauffeur Driven Services required to and from the airports and/or your hotel, all payments must be made online, or via telephone, at the time of booking. The Drivers CANNOT accept any cash payments upon collection.

Do you have Wheelchair Access?
All our Cars are standard Mercedes Saloon cars, As such there is no space to accommodate a wheelchair, which unfortunately means that we are unable to accept passengers with disabilities. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Do You Supply Child/Baby Seats?
If you are travelling with your children, we recommend that you bring your own baby/booster seat. This is advisable as child seats are not available at all destinations. Just-Airports Executive Travel cannot accept responsibility if no child seat is available at your destination.
Travel Insurance?
It is always advisable to obtain your own Insurance before travelling abroad .This will then cover you in the event of any delays effecting your transfer.
Is The Car Fully Insuared in The Price?
Yes...All our vehicles are fully insured in the case of an accident and/or against all risks plus at case of breakdown recovery service is required
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) Applies to All Passengers?
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) – authorised by the terms of the insurance policy agreement with a specified amount in case of accidental death or medical expenses is included in our services

What If I leave Something In The Car?
Just-Airports Executive Travel cannot accept any responsibility for any property left in the vehicle at any point of your transfer. Please ensure you have everything with you when you reach your destination. If in the event that you have left something in a vehicle, please contact local the numbers given for your destination, they will try to recover any lost items, but will not accept any liability.
