General Information   Fuel for Vehicles

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they apply to the supply of services through our website. They include important information relating to our services and certain terms and conditions in respect of your booking.

Upon visiting our website or send e-mails to us, you are agreeing that all notices, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing. Due to the ever increasing number of computer viruses and computer hackers, Just Airports Executive Travel Ltd accept no liability in relation to any computer virus, or pc damage that may occur to your computer either directly or indirectly as a result of viewing our website, or sending emails to / receiving emails from Just Airports Executive Travel Ltd.

Except where otherwise specified, Just Airports Executive Travel Ltd act solely as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf.

We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into or for any airport to resort transportation services ‘transfers’ or for the acts or omissions of any provider(s) of transfers or other person(s) or party(ies) connected with any transfers. For all bookings, your contract will be with the provider of the transfers (‘The provider(s) The terms and conditions of the provider(s) of your confirmed transfers will apply to your booking. These terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the provider's liability to you. Copies of these conditions are available on request from us.

Upon making your booking with Just Airports Executive Travel Ltd you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions, and also agree to the following:-
  • you have read these terms and conditions and the provider’s terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by both of them.
  • you consent to our use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • you consent to the use of tracking technology as disclosed to you in our Privacy Policy.
  • you are over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom and where placing an order for services with age restrictions you declare that you and all members of your party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
  You can choose online your preferred type of luxury Mercedes Chauffeur Driven Vehicle whether E-Class or S-Class (model subject to availability) – Chauffeur Service Per Trip at max 12 hrs (Day Trip 6.00am-18.00pm and/or Night Trip 18.00pm- 6.00am) – First 200 Km/s FREE from Pick Up Point are included in price
 
  Transfer Costs
  All Prices quoted are for Point - Point Transfer. You can Buy More Credit in Km/s per trip (surcharge applies) at cost of Only €0.20 cents per km mainly for covering fuel expenses
  Northern Cyprus
  For those clients who wish be driven to Northern Cyprus - cross into the Turkish occupied area - (surcharge applies) at cost of Only €40 per trip mainly to arrange extra insurance required at the border check point.
  Payments
  Payments can only be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card via Secure Online Payment, No exceptions can be made. All major credit cards are accepted. Payments are taken online at the time of booking. All prices quoted are in EURO € Currency. Drivers cannot accept any payments at point of collection. If a driver request payment of any kind upon collection, or at any point during the transfer, please report this to us at earliest opportunity
  Hidden Charges?
  Prices charged by Just-Airports Executive Travel at the time of booking are final. No hidden costs or charges will be applied at time of collection
  Booking Information
  Drivers reserve the right to refuse transfer at any point, if booking information is deemed incorrect at point of collection. i.e. if number of passengers, destination does not match information given to Driver
  Passengers
  Drivers also reserve the right to refuse transfer at any point to passengers that they deem unfit to travel, due to alcohol and substance abuse, or pose a significant threat to the safety of the Driver or vehicle
  Insurance
  All our vehicles are fully insured in the case of an accident and/or against all risks plus at case of breakdown recovery service is required
Privacy Policy Personal Accident Insurance
Just Airports Executive Travel – Transfers Privacy Policy Terms ref to Cancellations & Refunds: Payments Secured by iPayDNA. At cases flights are being cancelled and/or either our clients lost their flights for any personal reasons we are more than happy to refund back to all our clients full moneys pre-paid in advance relevant to their Chauffeur Driver Services cost booked online. Alternatively, for all those clients of ours, who rather wish changing their online pre-booked dates relevant to their Chauffeur Driven Services, it is urgently required a minimum of 48 hours pre-notice to contact us via e-mail confirming the reason for the cancellation. We can then issue our clients with a ‘Credit Booking Form’ that can be completed and used for their next journey and/or either alternatively send an ‘E-mail Notice’ to confirm approval of new dates relevant to their Chauffeur Driven Services required Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) – authorised by the terms of the insurance policy agreement with a specified amount in case of accidental death or medical expenses is Included in our services
Booking Confirmation
No booking is confirmed as accepted until full payment confirmation been received. Just-Airports Executive Travel regrets that we cannot refund transfers once payment has been made. If you need to cancel the booking, please email Just-Airports Executive Travel, confirming the reason for the late cancellation. We can then issue you with a 'Credit Booking Form' that can be completed and used for your next journey
Airport Arrival Representatives
All passengers will be met by Just-Airports Executive Travel appointed representative, at the main entrance doors to the 'Arrivals' section of your designated airport and/or at your ‘Hotel’ Upon arrival, your transfer will be handled by Just-Airports Executive Travel recognized Affiliate Partner and Sole Representative for your destination
Vehicles  
Just Airports Affiliate Partners reserve the right to change the type of Mercedes vehicle clients booked online whether E-Class and/or S-Class model preferred used for Chauffeur Driven Services, Only if necessary subject to availability
