1 - All Prices quoted are for Point - Point Transfer. No additional destinations can be added or altered after the initial booking has been confirmed.
2 - Payments can only be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card via Secure Online Payment, No exceptions can be made. Drivers cannot accept any payments at point of collection. If a driver request payment of any kind upon collection, or at any point during the transfer, please report this to us at earliest opportunity.
3 - Prices charged by Just-Airports Executive Travel at the time of booking are final. No hidden costs or charges will be applied at time of collection.
4 - Drivers reserve the right to refuse transfer at any point, if booking information is deemed incorrect at point of collection. i.e. if number of passengers, destination or luggage information does not match information given to Driver.
5 - Drivers also reserve the right to refuse transfer at any point to passengers that they deem unfit to travel, due to alcohol and substance abuse, or pose a significant threat to the safety of the Driver or vehicle
6 - Upon arrival, your transfer will be handled by Just-Airports Executive Travel recognized Affiliate Partner and sole representative for your destination.
7 - No booking is confirmed as accepted until full payment confirmation been received. Just-Airports Executive Travel regrets that we cannot refund transfers once payment has been made. If you need to cancel the booking, please email Just-Airports Executive Travel, confirming the reason for the late cancellation. We can then issue you with a 'Credit Booking Form' that can be completed and used for your next journey.
8 - All passengers will be met by Just-Airports Executive Travel appointed representative, at the main entrance doors to the 'Arrivals' section of your designated airport.
9 - Just Airports Affiliate Partners reserve the right to change the vehicle used for transfer, if it is deemed necessary.
(e.g. If a small number of passengers book a shuttle service, the transfers may be done using a small 4 and/or 6 seat vehicle and/or 10 or 20 seat minibus instead of a 49 seat coach.)
10 - Just Airports Executive Travel – Transfers Privacy Policy Terms ref to Cancellations & Refunds:
Payments Secured by iPayDNA. At cases flights are being cancelled and/or either our clients lost their flights for any personal reasons we are more than happy to refund back to all our clients full moneys pre-paid in advance relevant to their Airport Transfers cost booked online. Alternatively, for all those clients of ours, who rather wish changing their online pre-booked dates relevant to their Airport Transfers, it is urgently required a minimum of 48 hours pre-notice to contact us via e-mail confirming the reason for the cancellation. We can then issue our clients with a ‘Credit Booking Form’ that can be completed and used for their next journey and/or either alternatively send an ‘E-mail Notice’ to confirm approval of new dates relevant to their Airport Transfers. |
